Les employeurs ne peuvent plus se contenter d\u2019actions ponctuelles ou symboliques : la loi impose un certain nombre d\u2019<strong>obligations concr\u00e8tes<\/strong> pour identifier, \u00e9valuer et r\u00e9duire ces risques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces risques incluent le stress chronique, le harc\u00e8lement, les violences internes ou la surcharge de travail. Comprendre les obligations l\u00e9gales et les d\u00e9marches \u00e0 mettre en place est essentiel pour <strong>prot\u00e9ger les salari\u00e9s, \u00e9viter des sanctions et instaurer un environnement de travail sain et durable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Identifier et \u00e9valuer les risques : la premi\u00e8re responsabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019employeur<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019une des obligations centrales de l\u2019employeur est de <strong>rep\u00e9rer les facteurs de risques psychosociaux<\/strong> dans l\u2019entreprise.
