Dans un cadre l\u00e9gal strict, les employeurs doivent organiser ces visites avec une <strong>attention particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 la p\u00e9riodicit\u00e9 et aux situations sp\u00e9cifiques<\/strong>, sous peine de sanctions et de complications pour la sant\u00e9 des \u00e9quipes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019organisation de ces visites varie selon le type de contrat, l\u2019\u00e2ge, l\u2019exposition aux risques ou encore les interruptions pour maladie ou maternit\u00e9. class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsqu\u2019un salari\u00e9 revient apr\u00e8s une absence prolong\u00e9e pour maladie, accident ou maternit\u00e9, une visite de reprise est obligatoire pour
