Dans les secteurs de la <strong>manutention et de l\u2019industrie<\/strong>, l\u2019exposition aux <strong>vibrations m\u00e9caniques<\/strong> est un facteur aggravant. D\u00e9but 2026, les obligations des employeurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises \u00e0 jour afin de mieux prot\u00e9ger les salari\u00e9s et de limiter les risques \u00e0 long terme. Ces modifications concernent la pr\u00e9vention, le suivi m\u00e9dical et l\u2019adaptation des postes de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les TMS peuvent toucher <strong>dos, cervicales, poignets, \u00e9paules et genoux<\/strong>. Lorsqu\u2019elles s\u2019ajoutent \u00e0 des vibrations prolong\u00e9es, les cons\u00e9quences sont accrues : douleurs chroniques, diminution de la mobilit\u00e9, et dans certains cas, incapacit\u00e9 partielle ou totale. Les nouvelles mesures l\u00e9gales imposent donc une approche plus proactive, combinant <strong>analyse des postes, formation et \u00e9quipements adapt\u00e9s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Identifier les situations \u00e0 risque et \u00e9valuer l\u2019exposition<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape pour les employeurs consiste \u00e0 <strong>rep\u00e9rer les situations exposant les salari\u00e9s aux vibrations et \u00e0 la manutention<\/strong>. Les postes concern\u00e9s incluent notamment :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les conducteurs d\u2019engins de chantier, de chariots \u00e9l\u00e9vateurs ou de v\u00e9hicules industriels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les op\u00e9rateurs manipulant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des outils vibrants (perceuses, marteaux-piqueurs, ponceuses).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les travailleurs impliqu\u00e9s dans le levage ou le transport r\u00e9p\u00e9titif de charges lourdes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019\u00e9valuation de l\u2019exposition se fait d\u00e9sormais <strong>sur la base de mesures pr\u00e9cises<\/strong> : capteurs pour mesurer les vibrations transmises aux mains ou au corps, observation des gestes r\u00e9p\u00e9titifs et analyse des charges manipul\u00e9es. Selon l\u2019INRS, un salari\u00e9 manipulant des outils vibrants plus de <strong>2 \u00e0 3 heures par jour<\/strong> est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme expos\u00e9 \u00e0 un risque \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les employeurs doivent \u00e9tablir un <strong>registre des expositions<\/strong>, indiquant le type de vibration, la dur\u00e9e quotidienne et la fr\u00e9quence des t\u00e2ches r\u00e9p\u00e9titives. Cette documentation servira de base pour le suivi m\u00e9dical et pour justifier les actions de pr\u00e9vention mises en place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pr\u00e9vention et adaptation des postes de travail<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les nouvelles obligations insistent sur <strong>la pr\u00e9vention active<\/strong>. Les entreprises doivent d\u00e9sormais :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Adapter les outils et \u00e9quipements<\/strong> : utilisation de poign\u00e9es amortissantes, limitation des vibrations transmises au corps et mise \u00e0 disposition de chariots ou de syst\u00e8mes de levage m\u00e9caniques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>R\u00e9organiser les t\u00e2ches<\/strong> : r\u00e9duire la dur\u00e9e des activit\u00e9s \u00e0 risque, alterner les postes pour diminuer l\u2019exposition continue et introduire des pauses r\u00e9guli\u00e8res.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Former le personnel<\/strong> : sensibilisation aux gestes appropri\u00e9s pour le levage, techniques de manutention s\u00e9curis\u00e9es et bonnes postures pour limiter la fatigue musculaire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon une \u00e9tude de l\u2019Assurance Maladie publi\u00e9e en 2025, les entreprises ayant mis en place <strong>programmes de pr\u00e9vention combinant \u00e9quipements adapt\u00e9s et formation<\/strong> ont observ\u00e9 une r\u00e9duction de <strong>30 \u00e0 40 % des TMS li\u00e9s aux vibrations et manutention<\/strong> sur une p\u00e9riode de deux ans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A LIRE AUSSI <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dae-pro.fr\/blog\/micro-climats-gerer-la-temperature-et-lhumidite-pour-la-sante-en-entrepot\/\">Micro-climats : g\u00e9rer la temp\u00e9rature et l\u2019humidit\u00e9 pour la sant\u00e9 en entrep\u00f4t<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Suivi m\u00e9dical et obligations l\u00e9gales<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le suivi de sant\u00e9 des salari\u00e9s expos\u00e9s devient \u00e9galement plus strict. Les nouvelles obligations incluent :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Examens m\u00e9dicaux r\u00e9guliers<\/strong> pour d\u00e9tecter les premiers signes de TMS, notamment pour les salari\u00e9s expos\u00e9s \u00e0 des vibrations continues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prise en charge des sympt\u00f4mes pr\u00e9coces<\/strong> : douleurs lombaires, engourdissement des mains ou des bras, troubles de la posture doivent \u00eatre signal\u00e9s et trait\u00e9s rapidement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>R\u00e9am\u00e9nagement des postes<\/strong> : lorsqu\u2019un salari\u00e9 pr\u00e9sente des sympt\u00f4mes, l\u2019employeur doit proposer une adaptation du poste ou un changement de t\u00e2ches.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces mesures s\u2019inscrivent dans le cadre du <strong>Code du travail et des recommandations de l\u2019INRS<\/strong>, visant \u00e0 r\u00e9duire l\u2019incapacit\u00e9 professionnelle et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer le bien-\u00eatre des salari\u00e9s.
