Des conditions inadapt\u00e9es peuvent entra\u00eener <strong>fatigue, troubles respiratoires, inconfort physique<\/strong> et diminution de la productivit\u00e9. Selon l\u2019Institut National de Recherche et de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 (INRS), jusqu\u2019\u00e0 <strong>70 % des travailleurs en entrep\u00f4t<\/strong> se plaignent de conditions climatiques d\u00e9favorables pendant les p\u00e9riodes de forte chaleur ou de grand froid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019objectif pour les gestionnaires d\u2019entrep\u00f4t est donc de cr\u00e9er des <strong>micro-climats adapt\u00e9s<\/strong> qui maintiennent un environnement confortable et sain. Cela ne se limite pas \u00e0 r\u00e9guler la temp\u00e9rature : l\u2019humidit\u00e9, la ventilation et la circulation de l\u2019air influencent directement le bien-\u00eatre et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des \u00e9quipes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Identifier et contr\u00f4ler les zones sensibles<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chaque entrep\u00f4t poss\u00e8de des <strong>zones aux caract\u00e9ristiques climatiques diff\u00e9rentes<\/strong>. Les rayons proches des portes de livraison, les mezzanines expos\u00e9es au soleil ou les espaces confin\u00e9s derri\u00e8re des racks peuvent subir des variations importantes de temp\u00e9rature et d\u2019humidit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour optimiser ces micro-climats :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Mesurer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement la temp\u00e9rature et l\u2019humidit\u00e9<\/strong> \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents points de l\u2019entrep\u00f4t pour identifier les zones critiques. Des capteurs connect\u00e9s peuvent fournir des donn\u00e9es en temps r\u00e9el, permettant d\u2019anticiper les d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres avant qu\u2019ils n\u2019affectent les salari\u00e9s ou les stocks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>S\u00e9parer les zones de stockage sensibles<\/strong> : les produits p\u00e9rissables ou \u00e9lectroniques doivent \u00eatre plac\u00e9s dans des sections \u00e0 <strong>humidit\u00e9 contr\u00f4l\u00e9e et temp\u00e9rature stable<\/strong>, limitant le risque de d\u00e9gradation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cartographier les flux d\u2019air<\/strong> pour \u00e9viter la stagnation et les poches d\u2019air chaud ou froid.
