Dans de nombreux secteurs, les troubles du bas du dos apparaissent progressivement, souvent apr\u00e8s des mois de micro contraintes accumul\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les blessures lombaires ne surviennent pas uniquement lors d\u2019un effort important. Elles r\u00e9sultent souvent d\u2019une succession de gestes mal adapt\u00e9s, parfois consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme anodins sur le moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Charges mal positionn\u00e9es et pression directe sur la zone lombaire<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La mani\u00e8re dont une charge est saisie joue un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant dans la sollicitation du dos. un objet, la colonne vert\u00e9brale subit une combinaison de torsion et de compression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette double contrainte augmente fortement la pression sur les structures lombaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans certains postes de travail, les d\u00e9placements lat\u00e9raux ou les changements de direction rapides favorisent ces rotations involontaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le manque d\u2019espace ou la mauvaise organisation du poste amplifie encore ce type de geste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les rotations effectu\u00e9es en m\u00eame temps que le soul\u00e8vement ou la d\u00e9pose d\u2019une charge sont particuli\u00e8rement sollicit\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le corps doit alors stabiliser simultan\u00e9ment le poids et la rotation, ce qui augmente la fatigue musculaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 long terme, cette combinaison de mouvements peut favoriser des douleurs r\u00e9currentes dans la zone lombaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Port de charges r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es sans r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration et accumulation de fatigue musculaire<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La r\u00e9p\u00e9tition des efforts joue \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le important
