Les visites m\u00e9dicales ne se limitent pas \u00e0 un simple contr\u00f4le formel\u202f: elles permettent de <strong>pr\u00e9venir les risques professionnels, d\u2019adapter les postes et de s\u00e9curiser l\u2019entreprise l\u00e9galement<\/strong>. Selon le type de contrat et la nature du poste, les obligations varient, et il est important de comprendre les d\u00e9tails pour respecter la loi et prot\u00e9ger les employ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>L\u2019embauche : une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape d\u00e9terminante<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La visite m\u00e9dicale d\u2019embauche est obligatoire pour <strong>tous les salari\u00e9s<\/strong>, quel que soit le type de contrat. Son objectif n\u2019est pas seulement de v\u00e9rifier la sant\u00e9 du salari\u00e9, mais aussi de <strong>d\u00e9terminer l\u2019aptitude au poste et les adaptations \u00e9ventuelles<\/strong> n\u00e9cessaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour les postes sans risque particulier, la visite peut intervenir <strong>dans un d\u00e9lai de trois mois apr\u00e8s l\u2019embauche<\/strong>, mais pour les emplois pr\u00e9sentant des contraintes physiques ou chimiques, elle doit avoir lieu <strong>avant la prise de fonction effective<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lors de cette visite, le m\u00e9decin du travail peut :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00c9valuer la condition physique g\u00e9n\u00e9rale et v\u00e9rifier les ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents m\u00e9dicaux<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identifier d\u2019\u00e9ventuelles contre-indications \u00e0 certaines t\u00e2ches (port de charges lourdes, travail en hauteur, exposition \u00e0 des substances chimiques)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Donner des conseils sur l\u2019ergonomie du poste et la pr\u00e9vention des accidents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon les chiffres de la Direction G\u00e9n\u00e9rale du Travail, <strong>environ 90 % des entreprises effectuent cette visite dans les d\u00e9lais<\/strong>, mais certaines PME sous-estiment encore son importance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Contrats \u00e0 dur\u00e9e d\u00e9termin\u00e9e : une vigilance adapt\u00e9e<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour les salari\u00e9s en <strong>CDD<\/strong>, la visite m\u00e9dicale d\u2019embauche reste obligatoire, mais la fr\u00e9quence du suivi d\u00e9pend de la dur\u00e9e du contrat :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si le CDD est <strong>inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 trois mois<\/strong>, la visite initiale suffit dans la plupart des cas, \u00e0 moins que le poste soit expos\u00e9 \u00e0 des risques particuliers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour les contrats plus longs, le suivi p\u00e9riodique doit \u00eatre align\u00e9 sur celui des CDI si le poste pr\u00e9sente des dangers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette flexibilit\u00e9 permet aux entreprises de <strong>g\u00e9rer efficacement les visites m\u00e9dicales<\/strong> sans cr\u00e9er une charge administrative disproportionn\u00e9e, tout en restant conforme \u00e0 la l\u00e9gislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Contrats \u00e0 dur\u00e9e ind\u00e9termin\u00e9e : suivi r\u00e9gulier et pr\u00e9vention<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour les salari\u00e9s en <strong>CDI<\/strong>, la visite initiale s\u2019accompagne d\u2019un <strong>suivi p\u00e9riodique<\/strong> qui varie selon le niveau de risque du poste :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tous les <strong>5 ans pour les postes classiques<\/strong>, sans exposition particuli\u00e8re<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tous les <strong>2 \u00e0 3 ans pour les postes \u00e0 risques<\/strong>, tels que les m\u00e9tiers expos\u00e9s au bruit, aux produits chimiques, aux vibrations ou au travail en hauteur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les postes sensibles ou de nuit peuvent n\u00e9cessiter des examens suppl\u00e9mentaires et un suivi renforc\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce suivi p\u00e9riodique permet au m\u00e9decin du travail de <strong>d\u00e9tecter des signes de fatigue, troubles musculosquelettiques ou pathologies li\u00e9es au poste<\/strong>, et de proposer des mesures correctives pour prot\u00e9ger la sant\u00e9 du salari\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Apprentis et jeunes salari\u00e9s : un suivi renforc\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les jeunes de moins de 18 ans, qu\u2019ils soient en apprentissage ou en contrat d\u2019alternance, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019une attention particuli\u00e8re :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Une visite m\u00e9dicale est obligatoire <strong>avant ou d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but du contrat<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le m\u00e9decin \u00e9value la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser des t\u00e2ches physiques et techniques, et conseille l\u2019employeur sur les limitations \u00e9ventuelles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des examens compl\u00e9mentaires peuvent \u00eatre prescrits si le poste implique des risques sp\u00e9cifiques<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette surveillance est cruciale pour <strong>\u00e9viter l\u2019exposition de jeunes travailleurs \u00e0 des conditions dangereuses<\/strong> et pour garantir un environnement s\u00fbr d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Travailleurs expos\u00e9s \u00e0 des risques particuliers<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certains postes n\u00e9cessitent une attention accrue, quelle que soit la dur\u00e9e du contrat :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Exposition aux produits chimiques, aux rayonnements ou aux agents biologiques<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Travail en hauteur ou manipulation de machines lourdes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exposition au bruit intense ou aux vibrations prolong\u00e9es<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans ces situations, le m\u00e9decin du travail peut imposer <strong>des examens compl\u00e9mentaires, des suivis plus fr\u00e9quents<\/strong>, voire recommander des ajustements du poste.
