Pourtant, il arrive fr\u00e9quemment que certaines consignes soient ignor\u00e9es ou mal appliqu\u00e9es. Ces manquements g\u00e9n\u00e8rent des <strong>tensions internes et des conflits<\/strong> que les services RH doivent g\u00e9rer avec tact et efficacit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Identifier rapidement les situations \u00e0 risque<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape pour g\u00e9rer les conflits li\u00e9s aux consignes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 consiste \u00e0 <strong>d\u00e9tecter rapidement les comportements probl\u00e9matiques<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les RH s\u2019appuient sur les rapports des responsables d\u2019\u00e9quipe ou les audits r\u00e9guliers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les accidents ou incidents quasi-accidentels servent de signal pour investiguer et pr\u00e9venir des tensions futures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019objectif est de <strong>s\u00e9parer le probl\u00e8me comportemental de la faute technique<\/strong>, afin d\u2019\u00e9viter que le conflit ne d\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e8re.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon une enqu\u00eate de l\u2019INRS (2022), <strong>pr\u00e8s de 37 % des conflits li\u00e9s \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 apparaissent apr\u00e8s des incidents mineurs non signal\u00e9s<\/strong>, ce qui souligne l\u2019importance d\u2019une identification proactive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dialoguer pour comprendre les motivations<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une fois le manquement identifi\u00e9, les RH privil\u00e9gient souvent le <strong>dialogue individualis\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u2019objectif est de comprendre pourquoi l\u2019employ\u00e9 n\u2019a pas respect\u00e9 la consigne : surcharge de travail, m\u00e9connaissance de la r\u00e8gle, incompr\u00e9hension des risques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cette \u00e9tape permet de r\u00e9duire la tension, car le conflit n\u2019est pas imm\u00e9diatement trait\u00e9 comme un acte volontaire de non-respect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des entretiens courts mais r\u00e9guliers permettent aussi de clarifier les attentes et de rappeler l\u2019importance des r\u00e8gles pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 collective.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les entreprises qui adoptent cette approche constatent <strong>une r\u00e9duction de 20 \u00e0 30 % des r\u00e9cidives<\/strong>, selon une \u00e9tude men\u00e9e par l\u2019ANACT en 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Appliquer des mesures proportionn\u00e9es et transparentes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si le dialogue ne suffit pas, les RH passent \u00e0 la mise en place de <strong>mesures adapt\u00e9es au niveau de gravit\u00e9 du manquement<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pour un oubli ponctuel, un simple rappel formel ou une formation compl\u00e9mentaire peut suffire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour un non-respect r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9 ou mettant en danger la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, des sanctions gradu\u00e9es sont appliqu\u00e9es : avertissement \u00e9crit, suspension temporaire, voire action disciplinaire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La transparence dans l\u2019application des r\u00e8gles est essentielle pour maintenir <strong>la confiance des autres salari\u00e9s et l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 per\u00e7ue<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les entreprises qui combinent sanctions proportionn\u00e9es et communication claire constatent <strong>une meilleure adh\u00e9sion aux r\u00e8gles sur le long terme<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Former et sensibiliser pour pr\u00e9venir les conflits<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une gestion efficace des manquements repose aussi sur <strong>la pr\u00e9vention par la formation et la sensibilisation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les RH organisent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des sessions sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 adapt\u00e9es aux diff\u00e9rents m\u00e9tiers consignes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019exp\u00e9rience montre que <strong>les \u00e9quipes form\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re continue rapportent 40 % moins de conflits li\u00e9s aux pratiques
