Pourtant, certaines entreprises constatent que <strong>certains employ\u00e9s h\u00e9sitent ou refusent de les utiliser<\/strong>. Ce comportement n\u2019est pas toujours li\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019indiscipline, mais souvent \u00e0 des causes plus profondes, li\u00e9es au confort, \u00e0 la perception du risque ou \u00e0 la culture de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le confort et l\u2019ergonomie avant tout<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019inconfort est l\u2019une des raisons les plus fr\u00e9quentes pour lesquelles un salari\u00e9 peut <strong>ne pas utiliser un EPI<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Casques trop lourds ou mal ajust\u00e9s, gants rigides limitant la dext\u00e9rit\u00e9, chaussures encombrantes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Masques ou lunettes qui g\u00eanent la vision ou la respiration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00eatements de protection qui provoquent une surchauffe ou une restriction des mouvements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon une \u00e9tude de l\u2019INRS 2023, <strong>pr\u00e8s de 35 % des refus de port d\u2019EPI sont li\u00e9s au confort<\/strong>. Adapter les \u00e9quipements \u00e0 la morphologie, aux conditions de travail et aux pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences des utilisateurs peut consid\u00e9rablement am\u00e9liorer le taux d\u2019adh\u00e9sion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Perception du risque : \u201c\u00c7a n\u2019arrive qu\u2019aux autres\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Souvent, les salari\u00e9s jugent le risque faible ou improbable :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les t\u00e2ches r\u00e9p\u00e9titives ou jug\u00e9es simples sont per\u00e7ues comme sans danger.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019absence d\u2019accidents r\u00e9cents renforce l\u2019id\u00e9e que le port de l\u2019EPI est inutile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les jeunes ou nouveaux employ\u00e9s peuvent sous-estimer les risques li\u00e9s \u00e0 leur poste.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette perception peut \u00eatre corrig\u00e9e par des <strong>exemples concrets d\u2019accidents<\/strong>, des retours d\u2019exp\u00e9rience et des formations adapt\u00e9es pour montrer que <strong>le risque existe r\u00e9ellement<\/strong>, m\u00eame dans les t\u00e2ches quotidiennes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Une formation insuffisante ou mal cibl\u00e9e<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le refus d\u2019utiliser les EPI peut aussi venir d\u2019un manque de connaissance :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Certains salari\u00e9s ne savent pas exactement comment les utiliser correctement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les instructions peuvent \u00eatre trop th\u00e9oriques, peu illustr\u00e9es ou difficiles \u00e0 retenir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une formation ponctuelle sans rappel r\u00e9gulier est vite oubli\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une formation pratique, r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e et adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 chaque poste <strong>favorise l\u2019adoption naturelle des \u00e9quipements<\/strong> et r\u00e9duit les accidents li\u00e9s \u00e0 un usage incorrect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La culture de l\u2019entreprise et l\u2019exemplarit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le comportement des salari\u00e9s refl\u00e8te souvent <strong>l\u2019attitude g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l\u2019entreprise<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si les superviseurs ou coll\u00e8gues ne portent pas les EPI, l\u2019adoption par le reste de l\u2019\u00e9quipe est moins probable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une communication faible ou des sanctions trop l\u00e9g\u00e8res renforcent le sentiment que les r\u00e8gles sont secondaires.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valoriser l\u2019usage des EPI et montrer l\u2019exemple au quotidien cr\u00e9e un <strong>effet d\u2019entra\u00eenement positif<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une culture de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 bien ancr\u00e9e augmente fortement le respect des consignes et le port r\u00e9gulier des \u00e9quipements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pression temporelle et contraintes de production<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans certains environnements, le <strong>stress li\u00e9 aux d\u00e9lais<\/strong> ou la pression sur la production conduit les salari\u00e9s \u00e0 prendre des raccourcis :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Retirer un gilet ou un casque pour gagner du temps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ne pas mettre certains \u00e9quipements jug\u00e9s \u201csuperflus\u201d pour effectuer la t\u00e2che plus rapidement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les comportements de contournement deviennent plus fr\u00e9quents si <strong>les objectifs de production surpassent la s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019int\u00e9gration de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans la planification des t\u00e2ches, sans pression excessive sur les d\u00e9lais, est essentielle pour assurer le port des EPI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Esth\u00e9tique et perception personnelle<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certains salari\u00e9s peuvent refuser un EPI <strong>par souci d\u2019image ou de confort personnel<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les v\u00eatements de protection ou casques peuvent \u00eatre per\u00e7us comme peu esth\u00e9tiques ou g\u00eanants dans leurs mouvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les masques et lunettes peuvent g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un sentiment d\u2019inconfort social ou physique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proposer des EPI adapt\u00e9s, plus l\u00e9gers et mieux con\u00e7us visuellement, <strong>facilite
